In order to comply with legal requirements, the TLVA Board must have on file authorizations for electronic notifications of all invoices and Board meetings. Electronic (e-mail) saves TLVA money in postage, paper, printing, time and provides updated information easily. Therefore, the TLVA Board recommends homeowners give authorization for both bill and meeting electronic notifications. However, if you are unable to use electronic means, you may choose to have a hard copy mailed to you. The form below asks your preferences.
