Teal Lake Village Landscaping Services OPT-OUT Form

Homeowners may choose to Opt-Out of one, two or all three of the following landscape services: 1) mowing and edging 2) chemical weed control and fertilizing and 3) trimming of shrubs and trees. Opting out of any of the services does not reduce the HOA dues. Homeowners choosing to Opt out, must continue to maintain their property in good condition per the CC&Rs. If you would like to Opt-Out of any of the three landscaping services, please complete the form with the selections listed below.

Submit this form by February15, 2026. We require a new Opt-Out form each year to help ensure we can work to your preferences. The 2026 opt-out selections will be in effect beginning March 1, 2026 and be will continue for 12 months, renewed annually.

Opt-Out Marking Tape will be placed on your address markers posts where they exist at the front of your property and another, smaller marker stake in the rear of your lot in a place that allows works crews to easily determine your opt out preferences.
Marking Stakes are color coded:  Red = No mowing or edging Yellow = No chemicals or fertilizer White = No trimming of shrubs. Please make sure that your stakes reflect your opt out choices, and if they are not correct, contact Bob Gilbert, at email: [email protected] to notify us of the error and we will have it corrected.
